Full Service Protection Plans

Protect Your Investment.

The better you maintain your devices, the better they’ll perform and the longer they’ll last.

REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT

ESSI will replace worn or defective components on equipment covered, as long as that such parts are not needed due to external intervening causes, vandalism, unauthorized service or Acts of God. If any of these components were to become defective or worn ESSI would replace these parts at no additional cost.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

An ESSI technician will be dispatched automatically to conduct a complimentary inspection of the equipment covered under your protection plan. During this inspection the technician will test all equipment, adjusting as necessary, replace any worn or defective components, verify the Network Video Recorder is recording properly, and clean the components.

NO SURPRISE
PRICING

As a valued member to our Full Protection Program your labor charges and trip charges will be free. Trip charge will not only be free on service requests that cover the equipment under the plan, but any service requests you may have on uncovered equipment. When an emergency may arise late at night, over the weekend, or on federal holidays when our office is closed you will be accessible to our after-hours technician 24-7 at A Special Labor Rate with a free trip charge.

LOANER VIDEO RECORDERS

If ESSI is unable to repair your non-functioning Network Video Recorder on the spot, then we will immediately install a Loaner NVR at no additional cost to you while we send your NVR to the manufacturer for repair.

COMPLIMENTARY TRAINING

ESSI will provide complimentary training on the equipment covered under your Protection Plan as often as you request. This benefit seems to be ideal for most properties especially when it comes to programming and employee turnover.
